NEW AS OF 2024 - Due to a recent overwhelming number of requests for donations, we had to change our policy. Please note that any information from any other site about our donation policies is inaccurate and requests that do not meet the following criteria will not be accepted. We are so sorry to make this change as participating within our local community has always been such a joyful and important part of this business.
Please fill out the below form entirely with your preferred contact details and all available information regarding your request.
Event location within our service area (see ‘Service Area Map’ for more info)
Request must be received at least 8 weeks in advance of event
Existing accounts with Pepsi-Cola Bottling Central Va (for example, has a vending machine filled by PCVA or receives regular orders) will be given a preference, as well as sponsorships/donations/partnerships honored in years past.
